RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Within 30-days of purchase
Damaged in Shipment to customer - replacement candle only. Issues with product, please contact us. If there is an issue with the quality of the product, we would like to get your feedback and refund or replace for you.
Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product, etc.?)
Process for return (Please email us at DandHCandleCo@gmail.com and provide us with detailed information about the product issue, your email and telephone number and we will reach out to you re: a shipping return label).
Process of refund (issued back to card used for purchase within 3 days. Customer's merchant/credit card servicer may take longer to refund card).
Contact details - Please email us with your Name, Order # and reason for your request for a refund. We would love the opportunity to replace any items that are damaged or have quality issues.
